Refund policy

Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval and restocking fees.

Special-order, custom-cut, custom-finished, or non-stock products are final sale.

Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and processing.
